How Individual Therapy Works
Learning More About You
The initial stages of therapy allow us to have a well-rounded understanding of you and the concerns you would like to address. We take our time getting to know you while fostering a safe, confidential space where you feel as comfortable as possible.
Develop a Plan
Your therapy journey is not a 'one size fits all' approach - Together, you and your therapist will develop a plan that is unique to your situation and goals. We will discuss various strategies and skills you may want to explore depending on your circumstances.
Support Along The Way
From there, we will continue to support you throughout your healing journey. We will continue progress check-ins along the way to ensure you are gaining the skills and support you need, while adding or changing our goals/plan as needed.
